81st Annual Meeting - Virtual

Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this year’s meeting was held virtually on Tuesday, June 23rd.
CEO Mike McBride and Board President Bart Laemmel hosted the meeting.
Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, this year’s annual meeting was held virtually. Chief Executive Officer Mike McBride and Board President Bart Laemmel hosted the virtual event with 43 guest in attendance. This being a first for GCEA, the meeting went off without a hitch! Since there was a lack of a quorum this year the business part of the meeting was cancelled.
Since there was no contested election this year, incumbents Greg Wiggins, Michelle Lehmann, and Tom Carl will all stay on the board for another term.
Members who registered for the event were eligible to win a $50 gift card to a local business of their choice.
Thank you to everyone who joined us this year and we hope to see everyone next year at the 82nd annual meeting!

Prizes will be drawn for registered members after the virtual annual meeting. Winners will be contacted by GCEA staff following the meeting!
*A quorum for the election of Directors, amending the Articles of Incorporation, and conducting normal business at all Member Meetings, shall be five percent (5%) of the Members, or fifty (50) Members present at the meeting in person, whichever is less, unless Colorado law shall provide otherwise.
