Please be prepared to provide the following information to help us verify your account:
- Your previous service address(es)
- The approximate dates you lived at or received service at the address(es)
- Your Social Security number
Unclaimed capital credits listed must be claimed by December 15, 2026.

In accordance with GCEA policy and bylaws, any unclaimed capital credits not claimed by that date will be treated as a contribution of capital to GCEA and transferred in part to the Care for Education Fund and partially to the Care for Community Fund.
