Net Metering Rate. I understand that my annual excess accrued generation in kWh will be paid out at the average wholesale energy rate for the applicable billing period, or portion thereof. I understand that I may choose to change my election from Annual True-up to the Perpetual Rollover option at least 30 days prior to the annual billing true-up period ending date to be effective starting with the first day of the subsequent monthly billing period. I understand that I can still make a one-time choice to move to the Perpetual Rollover option at any time during the life of my contract. My elected annual true-up month is March September PERPETUAL ROLLOVER - I am electing the Perpetual Rollover option as defined in Gunnison County Electric Association’s Net Metering Rate. I understand that my monthly excess accrued generation in kWh will be credited month to month perpetually until I move or terminate service, at which time no payment shall be made by GCEA for any remaining excess energy balance. I understand that energy credits cannot be transferred between GCEA accounts or to a new owner if I move. I understand that this election is permanent and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
