2020 NATIONAL SURVEY ON THE COOPERATIVE DIFFERENCE
TSE Services, in coordination with Gunnison County Electric Association and Touchstone Energy, has initiated a market research study to better understand how different generations and segments of electric cooperative members view their electric provider and how cooperatives can better communicate the values of cooperative membership.
Starting July 14, 250 random members of GCEA will be contacted by TSE Services from the Touchstone 2020 National Survey in the Cooperative Difference.
Members will be contacted by email first and later by phone call. Online survey participants will be given approximately 7 days to complete the survey. Residential member telephone interviews will be made primarily during weeknights from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The weekend calls will take place on Saturday only! All survey calls from out data collection originated from area code 336.
All Survey data collection will be conducted by Bellomy Research, headquarters in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Bellomy Research telephone interviewers will identify themselves as calling on behalf of your electric cooperative and use the words "Opinion Counts" as their caller ID code.
Thank you for participating in the 2020 Cooperative Difference Survey!
