- Cold Climate ENERGY STAR® - 8.5 HSPF 2, 70% capacity at 5 degrees Fahrenheit
- $500 partial home installation (addition, bonus room, bedroom)
- $500 per ton for whole home installs
- $1,000 low to moderate income bonus
Ducted Air Source Heat Pumps

- Must have a minimum 18,000 BTUs, maximum 1.5 incentives per home
- Base Tier ENERGY STAR® - 7.8 HSPF2 (7.7 allowed for dual fuel systems)
- $1,000 if electric strip heat is backup
- $1,500 if propane, natural gas, or ETS is backup
- Cold Climate Tier ENERGY STAR® - 8.1 HSPF2, 70% capacity at 5 degrees Fahrenheit
- $1500 if electric strip heat is backup
- $2,000 if propane, natural gas, or ETS is backup
- $1,000 low to moderate income bonus
