Requirements:

- Must be a PowerWise Pledge™ participant
- ccASHP/GSHP: primary heating source must be electric and sized to heat the entire home (propane/natural gas backup is acceptable)
  - Energy Star version 6.1 cold climate – 8.5 HSPF2, COP of at least 1.5 at 5F and 70% capacity at 5F
- Water heater must be electric (standard electric resistance & heat pump)
- All major appliances must be electric
- LEDs
- EVs not required
- Limit of 2 requests per member per year
- Itemized receipts showing items, cost, and proof of purchase of all-electric features/appliances (spec sheets, photos)
- Copy of certificate of occupancy
- Rebate requests must be submitted within 90 days of completed installation or certificate of occupancy
