Gunnison County Electric Association (GCEA) has a policy for individuals interested in observing a GCEA meeting or addressing the board of directors. Only GCEA members or consumers or members of the news media are freely permitted to observe Board business. However, GCEA staff must first verify your membership or press credentials. Other guests may be considered and permitted with prior permission of the GCEA president and CEO.

Please allow GCEA staff time for vetting your meeting access, for arranging the provision for remote access information, and for arranging to accommodate requests for your remarks. At a minimum, we ask that you contact us no later than two business days prior to the meeting in order to arrange your participation. Also, please note that staff are typically unavailable on the day of or during the meeting as we prepare for and participate in the meeting.

Remote meeting access instructions are confidential and are not meant to be shared without express consent from GCEA. Unknown or non-vetted participants may be denied meeting access.
