GCEA's E-Bill Program offers members the convenience of accessing their account information on-line. Not only is this electronic service secure, it offers members the convenience of paying bills with Visa or MasterCard credit cards, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to paying bills, members may view their payment history, usage history, and Capital Credit Refund history.
Members using the E-Bill service have the option of continuing to receive monthly statements in the mail or to receive monthly statements electronically. Members may also choose to receive e-mail notification when a new e-bill has been generated.
